At night time there is a fire display on the eight granite towers on riverside. The Fire display timing at the Casino Melbourne, also called Fireballs (Gas Brigades) display occurs every hour right on the hour from Monday to Friday starting at 9:00 pm till Midnight. On Saturday and Sunday the fire display starts from 8:00 pm till Midnight. (Please note that the Gas Brigade operation is subject to weather conditions on the day and during summer time if there is a Total Fire Ban declarations, the show will not take place. Display times are subject to seasonal changes). Inside the Crown Entertainment foyer is a light & sound display every 15 minutes which is a spectacular display of colors & sound. The dress code to the main Casino area is neat casual, otherwise entry may be denied. Opening hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except Christmas day, Good Friday & ANZAC day. Entry: Free entry for Adults. How to get there: Tram 96, 109, 112 on Clarendon Street or Tram 55 on Queens Bridge Street. Walk down from Flinders street station on Southbank Promenade and then Yarra Promenade. There is also plenty of paid parking in & around the Casino if you choose to drive.
